I stare at the shadow on the wall of an unknown room
With eyes drawn to transitional fade from solid black to Seurat grey
As each curve claws and calls at me, sending desire soaring.
The fall of hair, the arch of back, the arcing breast cause heart to race
With hungry gaze I can’t avert. The shadow of you is forever seared
Into the me of you that is want, is hope, is aching need to touch to see
The light that cast my shadow love upon the wall and set my passions free .
